At Richard Schwartz & Associates, P.A., we know that making a difference means supporting local charities and organizations throughout Jackson, MS. Each month, we team up with non-profits, schools, and other associations to give back to our clients and our community.
Our charitable work is done through Schwartz Supports. Schwartz Supports is an extension of our law firm whose mission is to help individuals across Mississippi who are in need. We provide support through sponsorships, donations, volunteerism, and advocacy.

Halloween Safety Education
For over 10 years, Richard Schwartz & Associates has dedicated the month of October to traveling around the state and educating students about Halloween safety.
Schools visited this fall:
- Columbus, MS: October 23rd – Caledonia Elementary and New Hope Elementary
- Hattiesburg, MS: October 24th – Thames Elementary and Hawkins Elementary
- Meridian, MS: October 26th – Parkview Elementary and Poplar Springs Elementary
Managing partner Patrick Wooten partnered with McGruff the Crime Dog to visit local schools, providing education about how to stay safe while trick or treating. The dynamic duo also passed out reflective bags with safety tips printed on them.
Mississippi Food Network Turkey Drive
As many people know, food insecurity is a huge problem affecting nearly every corner of the world. Thousands of children, families, and seniors in our community will not have enough to eat this holiday season. This fall, Richard Schwartz & Associates was proud to sponsor the Mississippi Food Network and 16WAPT Turkey Drive to help ensure every family has a turkey this Thanksgiving.
Brain Injury Association of Mississippi’s NogginFeast
Our firm is proud to support NogginFeast, which was put on by the Brain Injury Association of Mississippi. NogginFeast is a community favorite with food and dancing. It supports the BIAMS and the Mississippi. This year’s event was held on Monday, October 10th, at Renaissance Colony Park.
Double Radio Remote
Richard Schwartz & Associates hosted a double radio remote show on October 24th from 10 am to 3:00 pm. During the first two hours, we hosted the show from our Jackson office downtown. The final two hours were in Canton. During the show, we gave away 2 TVs.
