The Mississippi bus accident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Calhoun County was a tragedy as an 18-wheeler moved into the path of an oncoming school bus, hitting it head-on. Three people were killed and 10 taken to hospitals for additional care, some of them airlifted because of the nature of their injuries. In all over fifty people, mainly high school students were treated.
