How Does Schwartz and Assoc. Get Paid?

"How does your firm get paid?"

At Schwartz and Associates we work on a contingency basis. A contingency basis/fee arrangement is a method of payment that allows people who have been injured to obtain legal representation even if they do not have money to pay a lawyer at the beginning of a case. At Richard Schwartz & Associates you do not pay legal fees unless and until you win, and then the law firm receives a part of your recovery as payment. Usually, the percentage that Richard Schwartz & Associates takes from your recovery is 40%. If going to court is required then the percentage raises to 50%. If you lose your case, there would be no legal fee at all from Richard Schwartz & Associates. Basically, you don't pay a dime unless we get a fair settlement for you.
