Ford Diesel Compensation

Richard Schwartz and Associates of Mississippi has joined a group of attorneys to participate in a class action lawsuit which has been filed against Ford Motor Company for distributing diesel trucks between the years 2002 and 2007. These vehicles have had serious complications stemming from the EGR oil cooling system. Ford distributed these vehicles knowing they had defective engines, even filing a lawsuit against the company Navistar, which was responsible for building the cooling systems.

Ford continued selling these vehicles throughout the lawsuit against Navistar, marketing the vehicles with great fanfare. Throughout their production life the trucks produced the best profit margin of any vehicle Ford released during the same time period. However, 80% of the warranty repairs made during this time period were for the truck engines. Ford adopted a band aid approach to issues without correcting the real problems.

The class action lawsuit specifically regards Ford diesel trucks, models F-250, 350, and 450, model years 2003 to 2006. If you’ve spent exponential amounts of money and time, having work done on your vehicle because of Ford defects, give the attorneys at Richard Schwartz and Associates of Mississippi a call. You could be entitled to compensation, and our attorneys are standing by to assist you. Call us now at 601-988-8888 to get what you deserve today.

Wes bought a 2003 Ford F-350 6.0L as soon as he graduated high school. This truck has had chronic engine issues throughout the time he has owned it. We have put several thousands of dollars into engine repai on this truck, and it still isn't running well. We have had to replace injectors no less than 4 times on this truck. Even with the repairs, it has never run well or been very reliable vehicle. It has just over 100,000 miles on it now. Let us know if this is worth us pursuing.

Thank you,

Our company has a 2004 450...within 2 months the transmission went out. That's when all the problems began...replaced: the turbo (twice!), the egr. injectors replaced 3x! radiator, rear axle, gas tank was growing some fungus!!!...now the engine has to be replaced! What a nightmare! This has cost my company over $10,000.00! For a small business...in this tough economy...I need some compensation!
